Our client, an independent Children’s book publisher has asked us exclusively to find a Senior Rights Manager to join their friendly team to manage the company’s co-edition and rights sales in foreign language markets.
As Senior Rights Manager, your role will be to develop the sales of ranges of innovative children’s books across multiple territories.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Foreign Rights sales person with strong business development, negotiation and organisational skills, who has a strategic approach to developing profitable co-edition print runs and who’d relish the opportunity to build the sales of a broad range of Children’s books formats.
A track-record of selling illustrated co-editions books is essential, whether you’re an experienced rights sales person or someone who is developing their rights’ sales career.
An excellent salary plus bonus is on offer to the successful candidate. The offices are based in the South of England and hybrid working will be possible.
