Formed in 1997 (originally as the general publishing consultancy arm of Gregory Martin Associates), the Think Selection team has over 25 years working in book publishing houses as well 20 years specialising in publishing recruitment.
Think Selection provides a more thoughtful approach to publishing recruiting.
Our publishing clients know we will identify and hand pick the best people for any given role. Most of our candidates are hidden from view and not actively seeking a new role.
We originally provided consulting to senior publishing executives adding recruitment in 2003.
