Our client, an independent Children’s book publishing company has asked Think Selection to be the exclusive recruiter to find a Senior Foreign Rights Manager to join their friendly team to manage rights and co-edition sales in foreign language markets.
As Senior Foreign Rights Manager, your role will be to develop the sales of ranges of innovative children’s books across multiple territories.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Foreign Rights sales person with strong business development, negotiation and organisational skills, who has a strategic approach to developing rights and co-edition sales who’d relish the opportunity to build the sales of a broad range of Children’s books.
A track-record of selling rights is essential, whether you’re an experienced rights sales person or a rights sales executive looking for a career step-up in 2024.
The company is based in the Midlands and there is hybrid working flexibility with the potential for occasional days each month working from the offices.
