Think Selection is looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join a well-established and leading independent publishing company. This company offers a stimulating work environment with a diverse product range and strong, loyal connections with both clients and suppliers. They have built trusted partnerships domestically and internationally and are constantly on the lookout for innovative and unique products.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Finance, overseeing all aspects of management accounting. Your responsibilities will include full accounts management, balance sheet control, forecasting and budgeting, and the preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be regularly liaising with the Senior Leadership Team and managing staff. The ability to collaborate effectively within a team is also crucial.
The company is based in London and operates hybrid working of 2-3 days per week in the offices, and offers a competitive salary and excellent company benefits.
