A popular magazine dedicated to children’s news has asked Think Selection to find a Publishing Operations Lead to join their London-based team on a 9 month maternity cover contract starting in late May.
This is a full-time role where you’ll be based from the company’s offices a minimum of 3 days per week.
Your role will include:
• Collaboration with third-party team customer service team to ensure compliance with processes and policies.
• Share customer insights with marketing and app development for enhanced experience.
• Aid in objection handling, refunds, and resolving delivery issues.
• Assist in responding to escalated queries and streamline processes.
• Oversee key supplier relationships and address performance issues.
• Manage projects, strategy changes, and production costs.
• Monitor and analyse supplier rate increases.
• Coordinate promotions and pricing with distributors.
• Source suppliers, manage pricing, and create schedules.
• Handle subscriber gift fulfilment and special editions quotes.
• Provide support documentation and HR admin assistance.
• Coordinate contracts and IT support.
• Assist marketing teams in promotions’ terms and conditions.
