A fast growing independent Children’s Book Publishing company has asked Think Selection to be the exclusive recruiter to find a Publishing Operations Assistant to join their friendly and dynamic team.
This is a newly created permanent role to help support the company’s administrative operations and will suit someone at entry level, or looking for their first career move or for a move into the book publishing industry, who is ready to start in September.
Reporting to the Finance and Operations Director and as part of the accounts and administrative team, your role will be to provide a broad range of operational and administrative support to the company.
The role will suit someone with strong organisational and numeracy skills with an excellent eye for detail.
You’ll keep the bibliographic database up to date with the latest title information, process invoices, send files and proofs to customers, and you’ll be responsible for general day to day office administration.
