Production Coordinator – Events

A brand new opportunity has come up with an independent live events production company, who have asked us exclusively to find a Production Coordinator to arrange their live touring events.

As Production Coordinator you’ll coordinate all aspects of the live shows, you’ll arrange travel schedules, keep budgets and marketing schedules up to date, liaise with venues to ensure smooth running of the productions.

You’ll also have the opportunity to coordinate online shows and work at a venue for the day hence there’s a great deal of variety that comes with the role.

As the key contact to clients, suppliers, venue staff and other stakeholders you’ll be a natural communicator and a meticulous organiser able to manage a busy and varied workload.

We’re looking for someone with a minimum 2 years’ working experience in an admin / organising capacity who would relish the opportunity to join a successful, dynamic and growing team.

A competitive salary is offered, and you’ll be based largely from the company’s Central London offices when re-opened.
