Production Coordinator – Events

A new opportunity has come up with a leading live events production company, who have asked us to find a Production Coordinator to arrange their live touring events.

As Production Coordinator you’ll facilitate all aspects of the live shows, from event administration, assisting with marketing and artwork, maintaining the company’s website through to production logistics such as book sales and signings. You’ll also attend live events to ensure smooth running of the productions.

As a key contact to clients, suppliers, venue staff and other stakeholders you’ll be a natural communicator and a meticulous organiser able to manage a busy and varied workload.

We’re looking for someone with a minimum 18 months’ working experience – in an events, publishing PR or admin / organisational capacity – who would relish the opportunity to join a successful, dynamic and growing team.

A competitive salary is offered, and you’ll be based mainly from the company’s Central London offices.
