Key Account Manager – Academic publishing

A rare opportunity has come up with an independent books and journals publisher, who have asked us to find a Key Account Manager to drive new business and renewals with UK and international clients.

This is a newly created role which would suit a dynamic academic sales person looking to further their career in sales management. Perhaps you’re a key accounts exec seeking the next career step, or an Account manager looking for a new challenge.

As Key Account Manager you’ll have full responsibility for the sales of books and Open Access journals to public and private sector clients including universities and libraries, and you’ll also develop partnerships with private foundations.

Return to office will include a combination of office and remote working so you’ll need to be based within distance of the company’s London base.

A competitive salary plus bonus is on offer to the successful candidate.
