International Sales Manager – Academic publishing

A unique opportunity has arisen for an entrepreneurial International Sales Manager to join our client, a global academic publishing group.

As International Sales Manager you’ll be responsible for sales of the company’s books and journals in key international markets which includes new business development and client management.

This is a hands-on as well as strategic role as you’ll drive the sales strategies in your markets and directly manage several key territories, hence we are looking for someone with a successful track record in business development and client management.

You’ll lead a small team of territory-based sales representatives, and work closely with the company’s management, your sales & marketing colleagues, and the product team as you’ll also have a part to play in identifying new product opportunities for the markets.

The company is based in London, and a very attractive salary is offered to the successful candidate.
