A leading independent publishing company has asked us exclusively to find an HR Director. This is a senior level role responsible for human resources in the UK division of a well-established and highly regarded publishing house.
Your role as HR Director will be to develop the company’s talent strategy, oversee change and organisational development, ensure that all policies comply with legal regulations, manage a small team and report on progress in the HR department to senior stakeholders.
This rare opportunity will suit a talented HR professional with a background in publishing or related media.
An excellent remuneration and company benefits are on offer to the successful candidate. You’ll be based from the company’s London offices a minimum of 2 or 3 days per week.
