The company is long-established and publishes high quality arts and humanities books for trade and academic markets.
Your role as Head of Rights will be to manage Rights sales in key international markets both directly and with the support of agents in select territories, and manage two in-house Rights’ colleagues.
You’ll need to have strong commercial and financial acumen and excellent collaborative skills as you’ll work closely with stakeholders in the UK and with an overseas company.
A competitive salary is on offer to the successful candidate depending on the experience you bring, plus excellent company benefits. You’ll be based from the company’s offices in London with some hybrid working.
