Think Selection has been asked exclusively by a Professional Membership Body to find an Editorial Manager to join their London-based team to manage and deliver the publication of a Members’ Journal.
You’ll be responsible for producing and delivering the Organisation’s Journal to regular deadlines, oversee a network of editorial contributors, manage a small publishing team, and provide insight to the Organisation based on Members’ usage and feedback.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Develop content strategy and manage the editorial processes
• Oversee production processes
• Optimise user experience online
• Identify cross-team commercial opportunities and support other business areas
• Work closely with the Marketing team to liaise over key times to launch new content.
We’re looking for an Editor who has experience producing content for Professional standards or membership associations, with excellent communication skills and able to work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners and contributors.
The role would suit an Editor looking for a career step-up, or perhaps you are a Senior or Commissioning Editor seeking a step into a strategic editorial role.
