Our client, a well known book publishing house has asked us exclusively to find a Deputy Trade Sales Director to help develop their growing UK trade sales.
This is a rare career opportunity with a very successful publishing company which for the right person could be a springboard for a more senior role within the business.
The publisher wants to encourage candidates with excellent key account sales experience looking for either a step up and more responsibility or who have a desire to get more involved and influence all aspects of publishing, including book acquisition and marketing.
Your role will include leading the company’s Adult trade book sales to select major UK accounts, manage a field sales team and champion the division across the company. Naturally, you’ll have a great reputation in the established book trade and enjoy selling quality high profile trade books.
An excellent salary is on offer (depending on the experience you bring) plus generous Company benefits as part of the overall package, and you’ll be based in London a minimum 2 days’ per week.
