A well-known trade book publisher has asked us exclusively to find a talented and experienced Contracts & Business Affairs Director to head up their legal and business affairs.
As Contracts & Business Affairs Director you’ll be responsible for a broad range of contractual agreements with a particular focus on commercial contracts and IP.
You’ll also have management responsibility for your colleagues in the Contracts department and you’ll work with the senior management team to implement best practices.
We’re looking for a self-motivated Contracts & Business Affairs professional with excellent collaborative skills and experience in IP and managing commercial agreements in the publishing or media industries.
The company is based in Central London and hybrid working will apply. An excellent salary and company benefits is on offer to the successful candidate.
