A rare opportunity to lead the production of an acclaimed children’s list - from picture books to novelty formats - has arisen with a highly regarded publisher known for quality and innovation.

As Senior Production Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of a diverse and high-profile children’s book publishing programme. You’ll work closely with the Production Director to ensure titles are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

You’ll lead and support a talented team, setting clear objectives, assessing workloads, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Alongside managing your own list of titles, you’ll play a key role in strategic decision-making, from shaping print strategies to identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving supplier performance.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who combines strong technical knowledge in colour illustrated publishing with a calm, solution-focused approach. You’ll have experience managing people, and products in volume, and you’ll be confident communicating across departments and influencing key decisions.

The role is full-time and based in London, with hybrid working (three days in-office).
