A rare opportunity has come up with our client, a leading independent trade publishing company who have asked Think Selection to be the exclusive recruiter to find a Rights Executive to join their Sales team.

As Rights Executive, your role will be to administer sales and approvals of ranges of nonfiction and fiction books, including co-edition sales, rights and permissions.

You’ll have the opportunity to sell rights in given territories and there is plenty of scope to further develop the role by taking additional sales responsibilities as you progress.

The role will suit someone with experience in the publishing industry. Perhaps you're either already working in a Rights capacity or looking to move into Rights from another area of publishing.

The company is based in central London and operates a hybrid working model. A competitive salary plus company benefits are on offer to the successful candidate.
