This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a vibrant, creative list of beautifully illustrated non-fiction picture books. As Publisher, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of renowned children’s imprints, driving strategy, and leading a talented team to create books and series that captivate young readers across the UK and international markets.

We’re looking for someone with a strong track record in acquiring and developing high-quality children’s books, who instinctively knows what makes a picture book stand out. If you have the vision, commercial acumen, and creative energy to bring new ideas to life, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.

This role would suit an experienced publishing leader with a deep understanding of the market, an eye for storytelling, and the ability to balance creativity with commercial success. You’ll be joining a dynamic and well-established team, working in an environment where innovation and ambition are encouraged.
