Think Selection has been asked exclusively by a leading independent London-based publisher to recruit a Publicist to promote an exciting range of graphic novels, manga, and comic brands across the UK and US.

As Publicist, you’ll manage publicity campaigns, secure media coverage, and develop relationships with key press and influencers to maximise visibility for the publisher’s titles.

This role involves securing high-profile media placements, developing creative digital and print campaigns, and acting as the key point of contact for journalists and influencers.

Working closely with authors, media outlets, sales teams, and licensors, the Publicist will help bring the publisher’s titles to a wide audience. From securing author interviews and planning standout events, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to creative and high-profile campaigns that connect books with readers worldwide.

A good knowledge of graphic novels, manga, and related entertainment sectors — including TV, gaming, and film — will be highly desirable.

We’re looking for someone with 12-18 months’ Publicity experience. Familiarity with design tools such as InDesign and Photoshop would be beneficial.

The salary is up to £30k and you'll be based from the company's Central London offices a minimum 2 days per week.
