Think Selection are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for a leading illustrated book publishing company to find a talented and creative Book Designer to join their in-house design team on a maternity cover contract.

In this role, you’ll be designing across a visually dynamic and commercially successful list, from pop culture and film to illustrated art titles. You'll take projects from concept to final files, working closely with editors and production to deliver striking covers and interiors that capture each book’s unique identity.

This is a hands-on role where your flair for visual storytelling, a sharp typographic eye and excellent knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator will be key. You'll also play an important part in team collaboration, offering design insight in meetings and helping ensure the highest standards across every project.

We’re looking for talented candidates with book design experience, a solid understanding of the publishing process and an ability to work to deadlines across multiple projects. You’ll be joining a fast-paced and supportive team based near central London.
