Senior Client Services Manager – Maternity cover
A leading provider of digital solutions to publishers islooking for an experienced Senior Client Services Manager to join their SupportDepartment on a six-month maternity cover contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a client-focusedprofessional to step into a key role, ensuring the smooth delivery of customersupport in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.
Your role will be to:
- Manage customer enquiries via JIRA and ZenDesk, ensuring efficient and timely resolution.
- Oversee support and maintenance tickets, including urgent escalations.
- Build strong client relationships through regular check-ins and service reviews.
- Monitor support trends, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with Project and Sales teams to enhance services and drive business growth.
- Ensure Shopify, WordPress, and other integrations are updated and running smoothly.

A background in client services, digital support, orpublishing technology will be an advantage, along with confidence usingplatforms like WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, or ZenDesk.

A salary of £40k plus company benefits are on offer to thesuccessful candidate.
