This successful and well-established company publishes popular, best-selling Children’s and Adult trade books for UK and international markets.
As a member of the Sales team, the Senior Sales Operations Executive is responsible for inventory and operations. Your role includes:
- Monitoring title availability and ensuring reprints are scheduled
- Collaborating with Sales and Production teams to manage stock levels, reprint timelines, new title releases, publication dates and the life cycle of titles
- Maintaining strong communication with the company’s distribution partners, relating to stock movements
- Overseeing excess stock and developing sales relationships with remainder companies and charitable organisations
- Creating monthly stock charge reports and additional weekly inventory updates to inform the senior team about current stock levels.
