A well-established trade book publishing house has asked us to find a Contracts Executive to join their friendly team to review and draft a broad range of contractual agreements.
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious contracts assistant or junior contracts executive looking for their next career move as you’ll be involved in creating a variety of different types of agreements.
You’ll review, draft and negotiate contracts with authors and illustrators, sales & distribution partners, publishing companies for foreign co-editions and licensing agreements, marketing partners who feature the companies products; and you’ll also create content acquisition agreements.
You’ll be based a minimum 3 days’ per week from the company’s Central London offices and the role offers a competitive salary depending on the experience you bring of course, and excellent company benefits.
